Instructions
- 1 Peel peaches, leaving some skin to add texture and color; cut peaches into chunks. Place peaches in a large bowl. Discard pits.
- 2 Add lemon juice to peaches; purée with an immersion blender until smooth. Add sugar; purée. Taste to check sweetness level; adjust as desired. Chill peach mixture in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
- 3 Pour chilled peach mixture into an ice cream maker and freeze according to manufacturer's instructions.
