Instructions
- 1 Pat turkey dry with paper towels. Remove excess skin, leaving skin on breast.
- 2 Rub soup mix over outside and under skin of turkey.
- 3 Place in a slow cooker. Cover, and cook on High for 1 hour; set to Low, and cook for 7 hours. An instant-read thermometer inserted near the bone should read 165 degrees F (74 degrees C).
- 4 Serve with gravy.
