Instructions
- 1 Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F (230 degrees C). Brush a 12-cup muffin tin with vegetable oil.
- 2 Combine onion and bell pepper in a food processor. Pulse until finely chopped.
- 3 Whisk egg and milk together in a small bowl. Mix barbecue sauce, salsa, and Worcestershire sauce together in a separate bowl.
- 4 Combine ground sirloin, onion-pepper mixture, bread crumbs, and steak seasoning in a large bowl. Add egg mixture and 1/2 of the barbecue mixture. Mix with your hands until well combined.
- 5 Use an ice cream scoop to fill the prepared muffin cups with the meat mixture. Top each mini loaf with a spoonful of the remaining barbecue mixture.
- 6 Bake in the preheated oven until no longer pink in the center, about 20 minutes. An instant-read thermometer inserted into the center should read at least 160 degrees F (70 degrees C).
