Instructions

  1. 1 In a medium bowl, mix the cabbage, shrimp, sweet and sour sauce, celery and carrots.
  2. 2 Fill a small bowl with hot water. Dip rice wrappers one at a time into the water. Allow wrappers to soften, then remove from the water and drain. As wrappers are removed from the water, fill each with 2 tablespoons of the cabbage mixture. Roll the wrappers and chill covered until serving.

  1. 1 Blend cornstarch and soy sauce in small bowl; stir in pork until well coated.
  2. 2 Brown pork in hot oil in Dutch oven or large skillet over medium-high heat. Stir in 1/4 cup water. Cover and simmer 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  3. 3 Stir carrots, onion, bell pepper and sweet & sour sauce into pork mixture. Simmer, covered, 10 minutes longer, stirring frequently.
  4. 4 Add pineapple chunks; cook and stir only until pineapple is heated through.

  1. 1 Preheat oven to 450 degrees F. Line a 15x10x1-inch baking pan with Reynolds Wrap® Heavy Duty Aluminum Foil; set aside.

  1. 1 Place pork in a bowl, season with Chinese five-spice powder and mix well.
  2. 2 Heat 2 tablespoons oil in a wok over high heat; stir-fry pork until slightly pink in the center, about 5 minutes; remove pork to a plate. An instant-read thermometer inserted into the center should read at least 145 degrees F (63 degrees C).
  3. 3 Add remaining 2 tablespoons oil to wok as needed; stir-fry red, orange, and yellow bell peppers with onion and garlic until crisp-tender, 3 to 5 minutes. Stir in broccoli and pineapple; stir-fry for 3 minutes more.
  4. 4 Stir pork and sweet and sour sauce into wok; stir-fry until pineapple is lightly browned, about 2 minutes.

  1. 1 Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

  1. 1 Heat 2 tablespoons vegetable oil in large wok over medium-high heat. Stir-fry pork for 3 minutes. Transfer pork to paper towel-lined plate and set aside.
  2. 2 In a large bowl, mix the cabbage, carrot, green bell pepper, onion, garlic and ginger. In a small bowl, mix the cornstarch, soy sauce, and molasses until smooth.
  3. 3 Heat 2 tablespoons oil in wok. Stir in cabbage mixture in batches, cooking each batch 3 to 4 minutes, just until tender. Return vegetables to bowl, and mix in pork. Stir in the cornstarch mixture.
  4. 4 Prepare a work surface for rolling the egg rolls. Lay several egg roll wrappers in a row. Place the water in a small bowl; you'll use this for sealing.
  5. 5 Place about 2 to 3 tablespoons filling on each egg roll wrapper. Dip a finger in the water and run it along the edge of the wrapper. Fold one corner of wrapper over filling. Fold wrapper sides over filling. Roll wrappers to form egg rolls (See Cook's Note).
  6. 6 Heat 1 quart oil in a deep fryer to 365 degrees F (185 degrees C).
  7. 7 Fry egg rolls in batches in the hot oil until golden brown. Drain on paper towels and serve with sweet and sour sauce.

  1. 1 Whisk soy sauce and ginger together in a large glass or ceramic bowl. Add steak and toss to evenly coat. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes or up to overnight.
  2. 2 Heat a wok over high heat. Add steak mixture; cover wok and cook until steak browned, about 5 minutes. Transfer steak to a plate.

  1. 1 Preheat oven to 450 degrees F or grill to medium-high.
  2. 2 Center one-fourth of pork slices, broccoli, carrots, water chestnuts, bell pepper and onions evenly on a sheet of Reynolds Wrap® Aluminum Foil.
  3. 3 Mix sweet and sour sauce, stir fry sauce, sesame oil and ginger in a small bowl; spoon evenly over pork and vegetables.
  4. 4 Bring up foil sides. Double fold top and ends to seal packet, leaving room for heat circulation inside. Repeat to make four packets.
  5. 5 If freezing, place packets in Hefty® Slider Bags. Label bags with permanent marker. Freeze till ready to thaw and cook.
  6. 6 Place frozen packets in refrigerator to thaw for 10 to 12 hours.
  7. 7 Place thawed packets on baking sheet to cook in oven or transport to grill.
  8. 8 Bake 20 to 22 minutes in oven OR GRILL 15 to 16 minutes in covered grill, till pork reaches 160 degrees F and vegetables are crisp-tender. Serve with rice and more sauce, if desired.

  1. 1 To make the brine, mix together the water, 1/2 cup brown sugar, salt, 2 tablespoons ginger, onion, lemon, 5 cloves of garlic, and 1/2 cup teriyaki sauce in a large container. Add the pork tenderloin, cover, and refrigerate for 2 to 8 hours.
  2. 2 For the glaze, whisk together 1/2 cup teriyaki sauce, sweet and sour sauce, hoisin sauce, 4 cloves of garlic, 2 tablespoons ginger, brown sugar, and orange juice.
  3. 3 Prepare an outdoor grill for high heat.
  4. 4 Cook the pork tenderloin on the preheated grill until no longer pink in the center, 7 to 12 minutes per side. Remove the tenderloin from the grill and cover with foil; allow to rest for 10 minutes. To serve, brush with glaze, and cut into thin slices.
