Instructions

  1. 1 Cut each chicken breast in half; place into large resealable plastic food bag. Flatten each to about 1/2-inch thickness with meat mallet.
  2. 2 Pour desired amount of buffalo wing sauce into bag; seal bag. Gently shake to coat chicken; refrigerate at least 30 minutes.
  3. 3 Heat gas grill on medium or charcoal grill until coals are ash white.
  4. 4 Remove chicken from hot sauce; discard sauce.
  5. 5 Place chicken onto grill. Grill, turning once, 10-12 minutes or until internal temperature reaches at least 165 degrees F and chicken is no longer pink in center. Brush with additional buffalo wing sauce while cooking, if desired. Top each chicken piece with 2 quarters cheese during last minute of cooking.
  6. 6 Place buns, cut-side down, onto grill. Cook 1-2 minutes or until toasted.
  7. 7 Spread dressing onto cut-sides of toasted buns. Place celery sticks and chicken onto bottom half of buns; cover with top half of buns.

Instructions

  1. 1 Whisk together egg and milk in a large bowl. Add bread crumbs to moisten. Mix in ground beef, ground pork, Parmesan cheese, salt, pepper, garlic, onion, and Italian seasoning. Mix gently to combine. Cover bowl and refrigerate mixture for 1 hour for flavors to meld.
  2. 2 Shape mixture into 3 ounce meatballs.
  3. 3 Pour marinara sauce into a deep skillet and place meatballs into the sauce. Turn heat to medium, cover, and cook meatballs for 12 minutes. Flip meatballs and simmer until cooked through, about 12 more minutes.
  4. 4 Toast slider buns. Add 1 meatball to each bottom slider bun. Top meatballs with freshly shaved Parmesan and cover with tops of slider buns. Serve immediately.

  1. 1 Heat olive oil in a skillet over low heat. Add corned beef and onions and cook, stirring occasionally, until onion is translucent, 2 to 3 minutes.
  2. 2 Stir in eggs, and scramble until cooked, 2 to 3 minutes; don't overcook the eggs or they'll be rubbery.
  3. 3 Evenly portion out egg mixture over the bottom halves of the slider buns, add a piece of Swiss cheese, season with salt and pepper, and add the top halves of the buns. Serve warm.

Instructions

  1. 1 Attach the meat grinder attachment to an electric stand mixer (such as KitchenAid®). Run enough bacon through the meat grinder to make 8 ounces ground bacon.
  2. 2 Combine ground bacon, beef, bread crumbs, 1/4 cup barbeque sauce, and steak sauce in a bowl. Mix until well combined and shape into 2-inch round balls. Set meatballs on a baking sheet.
  3. 3 Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  4. 4 Bake meatballs until an instant-read thermometer inserted into the center reads 160 degrees F (71 degrees C), about 25 minutes.
  5. 5 Place a slice of cheese on top each meatball. Toast slider buns if desired. Place a meatball between each slider bun. Top with cooked bacon slices, onion, remaining barbeque sauce, and roasted red bell peppers.

  1. 1 Heat an outdoor grill to medium-high heat (375 to 450 degrees F (190 to 230 degrees C).
  2. 2 Mix together ground beef, chili powder, garlic powder, salt, and cumin in a large bowl. Form into 8 patties. Lightly oil grill grate, then grill patties until browned, about 3 minutes per side. Top with cheese during last minute of grilling.
  3. 3 Puree cilantro, mayonnaise, jalapeno, and lemon juice in a food processor or blender. Spread mixture on bottom half of buns. Top with cabbage, patties, and bun tops.

  1. 1 Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Coat a 9x13-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
  2. 2 Slice buns in half vertically, leaving buns attached as a sheet. Peel off attached top sheet buns and set aside; place attached bottom sheet buns in the prepared dish. Layer roast beef and cheese across buns.

  1. 1 Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F (230 degrees C). Place a wire rack on a rimmed baking sheet and spray the rack with cooking spray.
  2. 2 Place chips in a blender in batches and process to the consistency of bread crumbs. Transfer chips to a flat plate.
  3. 3 Beat egg whites together in a bowl. Dip a piece of fish in egg white, coat in chip crumbs, and place on the prepared rack. Repeat with remaining fish. Spray fish with cooking spray.
  4. 4 Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes. Turn on the broiler and broil fish until brown and crispy, about 5 minutes.
  5. 5 While fish is cooking, combine coleslaw mix and green onions in a large bowl. Whisk yogurt, honey mustard, vinegar, celery seed, salt, and pepper together in a separate bowl. Pour dressing over coleslaw mix and toss to combine.
  6. 6 Place a piece of fish on the bottom half of each slider bun and top with coleslaw.
