Instructions

  1. 1 In a saucepan bring water to a boil. Add rice, reduce heat, cover and simmer for 20 minutes.
  2. 2 Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
  3. 3 While the rice is cooking, place frozen broccoli in large skillet. Heat stove to low-medium and defrost broccoli When the broccoli is 90% defrosted add processed cheese sauce to the broccoli and let melt. When rice has completed cooking add broccoli-cheese mixture and rice to 9x13 baking dish and mix well.
  4. 4 Place casserole in the preheated 400 degrees F (200 degrees C) oven for 10 minutes; or until heated through.

  1. 1 Gather the ingredients. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  2. 2 Heat butter in a 10-inch skillet over medium heat. Add onion and cook until tender-crisp, stirring occasionally.
  3. 3 Add broccoli to the skillet and cook until it's tender-crisp, stirring occasionally.
  4. 4 Stir in rice, condensed soup, cheese sauce, and milk. Cook and stir until cheese is melted.
  5. 5 Pour broccoli-rice mixture into a 2-quart shallow baking dish.
  6. 6 Bake in the preheated oven until the mixture is hot and bubbling, about 30 minutes.

Instructions

  1. 1 Place the ground beef in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook, stirring to crumble, until no longer pink. Add onion and cook until tender. Drain off grease. Stir in the contents of the seasoning packet and any water if needed in order to prepare according to package directions.
  2. 2 When the meat is done cooking, add the bell pepper, jalapeno pepper and sliced mushrooms to the skillet, and lower heat to medium. Cook and stir until vegetables are about halfway cooked, 3 to 4 minutes. Stir in the cheese sauce until everything is evenly coated.
  3. 3 Serve tortilla chips topped with the meat and cheese sauce, or serve buffet style where each person can top their own nachos.

  2. 2 Cook instant rice as directed on box and cook broccoli as directed on package; drain.
  3. 3 Melt butter in a medium pan over medium heat. Add onions; cook and stir until softened, abut 3 to 5 minutes.
  4. 4 Combine broccoli, rice, onion, soup, and cheese sauce together: season with salt and pepper. Transfer mixture into a 9x13-inch casserole dish.
  5. 5 Bake in the preheated oven until golden on top, 30 to 40 minutes.

Instructions

  1. 1 Preheat oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C). Grease a 9x13 inch casserole dish.
  2. 2 In a large bowl, whisk together the processed cheese, sour cream, mushroom soup, celery soup, water, 1/2 of the margarine and salt and pepper to taste.
  3. 3 Place potatoes in prepared dish, add soup mixture and mix well.
  4. 4 Mix crumbs with remaining melted margarine and sprinkle over top of potato casserole.
  5. 5 Bake at 325 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 40 to 50 minutes or until crumbs are lightly browned and casserole is bubbling.
