Instructions

  1. 1 Place potatoes in a large pot, and cover with water. The water level should stand about 2 inches above potatoes. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer until very tender.
  2. 2 Remove soup from heat, and slowly stir in nondairy creamer. Continue stirring until soup is creamy.
  3. 3 Mash slightly with a potato masher. Season with salt and pepper. Serve hot or cold.

Instructions

  1. 1 Place the butternut squash into a large pot and cover with salted water. Bring to a boil over high heat, then reduce heat to medium-low, cover, and simmer until tender, about 5 minutes. Drain and allow to steam dry for a minute or two.
  2. 2 Preheat an oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  3. 3 Mash the margarine into the butternut squash in a large bowl. Whisk together the flour, eggs, sugar, and non-dairy creamer in a separate bowl. Stir flour mixture into the butternut squash. Spread mixture into a 9x13 inch baking pan. Sprinkle with cinnamon.
  4. 4 Bake in the preheated oven until golden brown, about 1 hour.

Instructions

  1. 1 Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan.
  2. 2 Whisk together the matzo flour, baking soda, baking powder (see Note), and salt in a large mixing bowl.
  3. 3 In a separate bowl, beat the eggs, white sugar, margarine, vanilla extract, 1 teaspoon of lemon extract, lemon juice, vegetable oil, and food coloring with an electric mixer set on medium speed until smooth; pour the wet ingredients into the flour mixture. Stir until combined into a smooth batter, and pour into the prepared loaf pan.
  4. 4 Bake in the preheated oven until set and lightly browned, about 45 minutes. A toothpick inserted in the center of the loaf will come out clean. Cool completely, then remove from the pan.
  5. 5 Place 1 cup of confectioners' sugar in a bowl. In a separate small bowl, mix the non-dairy creamer with water, and stir in 1 tablespoon of confectioners' sugar. Stir the creamer mixture into the confectioners' sugar by teaspoons until the mixture forms an even, workable glaze. Mix in 1/2 teaspoon of lemon extract. Spread the glaze over the cooled lemon loaf. Allow to set, and serve in 1-inch slices.

  1. 1 Preheat the oven to 300 degrees F (150 degrees C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
  2. 2 In a medium bowl, mix together the white corn, cream corn and eggs until well blended. Combine the flour, salt and sugar; stir into the corn mixture. Mix in the creamer and oil, then fold in the cranberries. Pour into the greased pan, and spread evenly.
  3. 3 Place the baking dish in a large pan with 1 inch of water. Bake for 1 hour in the preheated oven, until firm.

  3. 3 Store cocoa mixture in an airtight container. Makes about 15 cups mix, or enough for about 45 servings.
  4. 4 For 1 serving, place 1/3 cup cocoa mixture in a coffee cup or mug, and add 3/4 cup boiling water. Stir to dissolve. Top with dollop of whipped cream or a few marshmallows, if desired.
