Instructions
- 1 Cook bacon in a large skillet over medium-high heat, turning occasionally, until evenly browned and crisp, about 10 minutes. Drain on paper towels and crumble; set aside.
- 2 Add green onions to bacon grease; cook and stir until onions reach desired tenderness, about 1 minute. Pour onions and bacon grease over lettuce; toss lightly. Top with crumbled bacon and serve.
