Instructions

  1. 1 Preheat an outdoor grill for medium heat and lightly oil the grate.
  2. 2 Grill kielbasa ring on one side for 4 minutes. Transfer to a cutting board, grilled side up.
  3. 3 Cut a slit down the length of the kielbasa, leaving an inch on both ends. Be careful not to cut all the way through as you are just making a pocket. Stuff sauerkraut into the pocket.
  4. 4 Carefully place the kielbasa back on the grill, stuffed side up. Grill for 4 minutes more. Slice into serving portions and serve.

  3. 3 Meanwhile, spray a large skillet with cooking spray; warm over medium-high heat. Whisk eggs together in a bowl. Pour into the skillet; cook and stir until eggs are set, about 5 minutes.
  4. 4 Add scrambled eggs to skillet and serve.

  2. 2 Pour tomato sauce into a large saucepan, then stir in the chili sauce, onion salt, sugar and pepper. Let simmer over medium heat, occasionally stirring; bring to a gentle boil and reduce heat to low. Simmer another 5 minutes.
  3. 3 Meanwhile, broil/grill kielbasa sausage for 3 to 4 minutes each side, or until cooked through. Slice into pieces 1/4 inch to 1/2 inch thick.

  1. 1 Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Using two long sheets of aluminum foil on top of each other, fold one long edge together and open out to make a large sheet of foil. Line a 13x9 pan with the foil, allowing edges to hang outside pan

  1. 1 Preheat the oven broiler. Place the roast in a roasting pan, brush with olive oil, sprinkle with thyme leaves, and season with salt and pepper. Place under the broiler for 10 minutes, until lightly browned in several places.

  1. 1 Turn on a multi-functional pressure cooker (such as Instant Pot) and select the Sauté function. Add bacon; cook until crispy, 8 to 10 minutes. Pull bacon out with tongs and place into a bowl. Add kielbasa to the pot; lightly brown on all sides, 5 to 7 minutes. Remove with tongs and place into the bowl with bacon.
  2. 2 Sauté onion in the pot until soft, 2 to 3 minutes. Crumble bacon and add to the pot. Stir in brown sugar. Add potatoes, sauerkraut, chicken broth, apple, beer, and salt. Mix gently.
  3. 3 Close and lock the lid. Select high pressure according to the manufacturer's instructions; set the timer for 12 minutes. Allow 10 to 15 minutes for pressure to build.
  4. 4 Release pressure using the natural-release method for 10 minutes according to the manufacturer's instructions, then release remaining pressure carefully using the quick-release method. Unlock and remove the lid.
