  1. 1 Pour the orange soda, orange juice concentrate, barbecue sauce, brown sugar, and teriyaki sauce into a bowl, and stir to combine and dissolve the sugar.
  2. 2 Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Remove any excess pieces of fat from inside the duckling, place the duck into a roasting pan, and prick the skin all over with a fork to allow the fat to drain off while roasting.
  3. 3 Brush the duckling with the orange mixture. Place the mushrooms into the cavity of the duck, and spoon in some of the orange sauce.
  4. 4 Roast the duck in the preheated oven, brushing it every 20 to 30 minutes with the orange sauce, until a meat thermometer inserted into a thick part of a thigh reads 165 degrees F (75 degrees C), about 2 1/2 hours.

  1. 1 Place pork into a slow cooker; pour cider over top to cover. Stir brown sugar and cinnamon into cider until combined, making sure flavorings not on sides of the slow cooker.
  2. 2 Cover and cook on Low until pork shreds easily, 7 to 12 hours.
  3. 3 Carefully transfer pork to a bowl, being careful it doesn't fall apart in cider. Shred using 2 forks; stir in barbecue sauce. Discard slow cooker cooking liquid.

Instructions

  1. 1 Combine pork chops and broth in a slow cooker. Cook on High until meat can be easily shredded, about 4 hours.
  2. 2 Transfer meat to a cutting board and shred when cool enough to handle. Return to the slow cooker and set to Low.
  3. 3 Add barbecue sauce, black beans, and corn to the slow cooker. Stir until well combined. Cover and cook on Low until heated through, about 1 hour. Stir in 1/2 cup salsa. Taste and add more barbecue sauce or salsa if needed.
  4. 4 Serve filling in tortillas. Top with cotija cheese, lettuce, and tomato.

  3. 3 Meanwhile, cook and stir ground beef and onions in a large skillet over medium heat until beef is no longer pink, breaking it apart as it cooks, about 10 minutes. Drain excess grease. Transfer beef and onions to a large Dutch oven. Stir in crumbled bacon, pork and beans, barbecue sauce, kidney beans, lima beans, black beans, brown sugar, cider vinegar, liquid smoke, salt, and black pepper.
  4. 4 Bake, covered, in the preheated oven until bubbling, about 1 hour.
