Instructions
- 1 Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- 2 Cut tortillas in half, then slice crosswise into 1/8-inch strips. Place strips into a bowl and toss with oil until fully coated.
- 3 Transfer oiled strips to a baking sheet and arrange in a single layer.
- 4 Bake in the preheated oven until crisp and lightly browned, about 15 minutes. Remove from the oven and let cool before using.
