Instructions

  1. 1 Muddle 5 to 8 mint leaves, depending on size, with peach nectar in a cocktail shaker until leaves are broken down, about 1 minute.
  2. 2 Pour in bourbon and ginger liqueur and fill the shaker with ice. Close and shake until well chilled. Strain into a rocks glass with a large whiskey ice cube.
  3. 3 Lightly slap 2 sprigs of mint between your hands to release their scent, then garnish the drink with them.

Instructions

  1. 1 Steep hibiscus flowers in boiling water for 5 minutes; strain into a heatproof bowl set in a bowl of ice to speed cooling. Cool completely.
  2. 2 Transfer to a small pitcher. Stir in lime juice and ginger liqueur. Pour into ice-filled Collins glasses (about 5 oz. per glass) and top each with 1 oz. ginger beer. Garnish with mint sprigs and ginger slices.

Instructions

  1. 1 Muddle chopped pear, 1 rosemary sprig, lemon twist, maple syrup, and bitters in a cocktail shaker with a muddler or the handle of a wooden spoon until pear is liquified. Add bourbon, ginger liqueur, and 1 cup ice to the cocktail shaker. Cover and shake until well chilled.
  2. 2 Place large ice cube into the rocks glass and set a small fine sieve over the glass. Strain the drink through the cocktail shaker top and the sieve to catch any large pieces of pulp or rosemary. Top with club soda. Garnish with pear wedge and rosemary sprig.
