Instructions

  1. 1 Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  2. 2 Place focaccia, cut-sides up, on aluminum foil. Spread mayonnaise on both halves. Spread Dijon mustard on top half. Arrange turkey, provolone, and cucumber on bottom half of focaccia. Sprinkle with garlic pepper seasoning and cover with top half of focaccia.
  3. 3 Wrap bottom and sides of sandwich in the aluminum foil, keeping the top open. Put the sandwich on a cookie sheet.
  4. 4 Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes or until cheese melts. Cut sandwich into 6 pieces and serve warm.

  1. 1 Place salmon fillets into a bowl.
  2. 2 Combine soy sauce, lemon juice, 1/2 the chopped onion, onion slices, chopped garlic, and black pepper in a separate bowl. Pour marinade over the salmon; add the rest of the chopped onion, minced garlic, and garlic-pepper seasoning.
  3. 3 Cover bowl with the salmon and refrigerate, flipping fish over in the last 3 to 4 hours, 12 to 15 hours total.
  4. 4 Preheat an outdoor grill for high heat and lightly oil the grate.
  5. 5 Place salmon on the grill or on planks; top with the marinated onion slices. Cook until nicely browned, 8 to 10 minutes. Reduce heat to medium-low and cook until fish flakes easily with a fork, 3 to 5 minutes more.

  1. 1 Whisk egg, milk, salt, onion powder, and garlic-pepper seasoning together in a bowl until well combined and pale yellow in color. Dump in Cheddar-Jack cheese and stir until thick.
  2. 2 Spray a skillet with cooking spray and set over medium-low heat. Pour egg mixture into the skillet; cook and stir until eggs are set, about 5 minutes. Remove to a plate.
  3. 3 Lightly butter one side of each bread slice.
  4. 4 Spray the skillet again with cooking spray. Put one slice of bread, buttered-side down, in the pan. Top with 1/2 of the mozzarella cheese, the egg mixture, the remaining mozzarella, and the remaining bread, buttered-side up. Cook until bread is toasted and browned, 1 to 2 minutes. Flip and cook until the other side is browned and the cheese is melted, another 1 to 2 minutes.
  5. 5 Transfer to a plate and let cool for a minute before serving.

Instructions

  1. 1 Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Saute onion, carrot, and celery for 10 minutes. Add garlic and cook for an additional 2 minutes. Remove with a slotted spoon and set aside.
  2. 2 Heat remaining olive oil in the pan and add ground turkey. Cook and stir until browned and crumbly, 5 to 7 minutes. Add the vegetables back in. Add brushed tomatoes, broth, and uncooked rice. Season with chili powder, Worcestershire, oregano, garlic-pepper seasoning, paprika, cumin, and pepper; bring to a boil. Cover and lower heat to a simmer. Let simmer for 1 hour.
  3. 3 Uncover, taste, and adjust spices. Add white beans and hot sauce. If chili is too thin, add 1/4 cup tomato paste. Cover and cook over medium-low heat for 15 minutes more.
