• catfish fillet
• cooking spray

Instructions

1. 1 Preheat an air fryer to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
2. 2 Place seasoned breading mix in a gallon-size plastic resealable bag. Drop catfish pieces inside, close, and shake to coat fish with breading on all sides.
3. 3 Spread out nuggets on a baking sheet and spray with non-stick cooking spray. Place nuggets in an even layer in the air fryer basket, sprayed side down. You may need to work in batches depending on the size of your air fryer. Spray the tops with non-stick cooking spray.
4. 4 Air fry for 8 minutes. Using tongs, flip nuggets over and cook for 4 minutes more.

• all-purpose flour
• egg
• cooking spray

Instructions

1. 1 Preheat air fryer to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
2. 2 Cut mahi mahi fillets into 1 1/2-inch sized nuggets.
3. 3 Prepare a breading station with flour in 1 shallow dish, beaten egg in another shallow dish, and fish fry coating in a third shallow dish.
4. 4 Dip the fish nuggets first in flour, then egg, and then into the breadcrumbs. Place nuggets in batches into the air fryer basket. Spray with cooking spray.
5. 5 Air fry for 12 minutes. Repeat with remaining nuggets. Serve immediately.
