  1. 1 Spread roast beef slices out onto a work surface. Divide enoki mushrooms between the roast beef slices and arrange into the middle of each. Wrap the roast beef around the mushrooms.
  2. 2 Melt butter in a skillet over medium-low heat. Arrange beef-wrapped mushrooms into the skillet, season with salt and pepper, and cook until heated through and browned, about 10 minutes per side.

  1. 1 Preheat an outdoor grill for high heat. Soak some toothpicks in water while the grill heats up.
  2. 2 Spread a thin layer of sesame oil and chili sauce onto one side of each fish fillet. At one end, place some of the leek and a couple of mushrooms. Roll towards the other end. Wrap each roll with a slice of bacon, and secure with two toothpicks.
  3. 3 Place on the preheated grill, and cook covered for 5 minutes. Be careful of flare-ups from the bacon grease. Turn over, and cook for 5 more minutes, until bacon is crisp and fish flakes easily.

  1. 1 Crack eggs into a nonstick skillet over medium heat. Cook until outer edges become opaque, about 1 minute. Turn once; cook until whites are completely set, about 3 minutes; set eggs aside.
  2. 2 Heat sesame oil in a saucepan over medium heat; cook and stir ginger, garlic, leek, cabbage, and mushrooms until fragrant, about 1 minute. Stir in miso paste; gradually whisk in water and bring to a boil. Add in ramen noodles; reduce heat and simmer until noodles soften, about 3 minutes. Season with soy sauce. Divide into two bowls; top each serving with egg. Garnish with sesame seeds and scallions.

  1. 1 Make the sauce: Whisk soy sauce, vinegar, sesame oil, honey, cornstarch, and Sriracha together in a small bowl.
  2. 2 Make the stir-fry: Heat peanut oil in a large wok over high heat. Add celery and onion; cook, stirring constantly, for 3 to 4 minutes. Add shiitake and beech mushrooms, and white parts from green onions; cook, stirring constantly, for 3 to 4 minutes.
