  1. 1 Combine cream cheese, crushed pineapple, pecans. bell pepper, most of the green onion, and salt in a bowl, reserving some of the green onion tops for garnish.

Instructions

  1. 1 Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease two 8 inch round cake pans.
  2. 2 Prepare cake mix according to package directions, replacing the water with reserved pineapple juice. In a bowl, cream together the butter, brown sugar and cinnamon. Stir in the pineapple and nuts.
  3. 3 Divide the pineapple mixture evenly between the prepared pans, then cover each pineapple layer with the cake mix batter.
  4. 4 Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean. Cool cakes for 5 minutes, then turn one layer out onto a plate scraping off any pineapple that may be stuck. Next, invert second cake layer onto the first so there is pineapple in the middle and on top of the cake. May be served warm with whipped cream, if desired.

  1. 1 Coat large skillet with no-stick cooking spray. Heat skillet over medium heat. Saute ham, 1/3 at a time, 15 seconds or until ham is lightly browned. Remove from skillet and place in large bowl.
  2. 2 Heat oil in same skillet over medium-low heat. Add onion and green pepper; saute 7 minutes or until tender.
  3. 3 Stir in ham glaze, undrained pineapple, brown sugar and vinegar. Heat through. Pour over ham in bowl; toss to coat. Serve on rolls.

  1. 1 Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease muffin tins.
  2. 2 In a large bowl, mix all-purpose flour, whole wheat flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon. Make a well in the center of the mixture and add white sugar, brown sugar, canola oil, eggs, and vanilla. Mix until just combined. Fold in oats, coconut, raisins, carrots, and pineapple.
  3. 3 In a bowl, blend reserved pineapple juice and cream cheese. Fill each muffin cup about 1/2 full with muffin batter, reserving about 1/3 of the batter. Spoon approximately 1 teaspoon of cream cheese mixture into the muffin cups. Top with remaining batter so that each muffin cup is about 2/3 full.
  4. 4 Bake for 25 minutes in the preheated oven, or until a knife inserted in the center of a muffin comes out clean.

  1. 1 Combine pineapple juice and water until it makes one cup. Pour into medium saucepan and heat until boiling. Stir in gelatin until dissolved; set aside.
  2. 2 In a large bowl, beat together cream cheese, sugar and pineapple until blended and creamy. Slowly add the gelatin mixture and continue beating. Cover and refrigerate mixture until it begins to set; do not let it set up completely.
  3. 3 Remove from refrigerator and fold in whipped topping. Spoon entire mixture into graham cracker crust. Sprinkle graham cracker crumbs on top of pie if desired and then refrigerate for about an hour.

  1. 1 Dissolve gelatin completely in 2 cups hot water and pour into desired mold. Mix crushed pineapple, bananas, and 1 1/2 cup cold water into gelatin mixture; top with miniature marshmallows. Chill until firm.

  1. 1 Gather the ingredients. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  2. 2 Coat bottoms and sides of two 9-inch round cake pans with 2 tablespoons of melted butter. Sprinkle the bottom of each pan with 1/4 cup of brown sugar.
  3. 3 In one of the pans, sprinkle coconut over the brown sugar. Lay pineapple rings in a single layer on top of coconut. Place a cherry in the center of each ring. In the other pan, spread the drained crushed pineapple.
  4. 4 Mix the cake as directed on package, but substitute reserved pineapple juice in place of water. Divide batter between prepared cake pans. Remember which pan has the pineapple rings in it.
  5. 5 Bake cakes in the preheated oven until a toothpick inserted into cake comes out clean, about 40 to 50 minutes. Cool cakes in pans for 20 minutes.
  6. 6 While the bottoms of the cake pans are still warm to the touch, invert the layer with the crushed pineapple out onto a serving dish, then gently invert the layer with the pineapple rings on top of it for a dazzling two layer pineapple upside down cake.
  7. 7 Slice and serve.

  6. 6 Spread frosting on cooled cookies. Allow to dry completely before storing.
