Instructions

  1. 1 Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  2. 2 In a small bowl, mix together the oyster sauce, and salad dressing. Coat salmon fillets with the sauce on both sides, and place in a shallow baking dish.
  3. 3 Bake for 15 minutes in the preheated oven, until the fish flakes easily with a fork.

  1. 1 Pour coleslaw mix into a large bowl.
  2. 2 Whisk salad dressing, sugar, vegetable oil, horseradish, vinegar, salt, and poppy seeds together in a bowl until smooth; drizzle over coleslaw mix and toss to coat.
  3. 3 Cover bowl with plastic wrap; refrigerate at least 2 hours before serving.

  1. 1 Place bacon in a large, deep skillet. Cook over medium high heat until evenly brown. Drain, crumble and set aside.
