Instructions

  1. 1 Preheat the oven broiler. Grease an 8x8 inch baking dish.
  2. 2 Place rice and water in a pot. Bring to a boil, reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer 10 minutes. Transfer to the prepared baking dish.
  3. 3 Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Place shrimp in the skillet and cook 3 minutes, or until opaque; set aside. Melt butter in the skillet. Stir in the mushrooms and cook 2 minutes. Mix in soup and sour cream. Cook until heated through, but do not boil. Return shrimp to skillet and cook until heated through. Scoop skillet mixture over rice in baking dish and top with cheese.
  4. 4 Broil 5 minutes in the preheated oven, or until bubbly.

Instructions

  1. 1 Sprinkle catfish strips with fish seasoning; spread mayonnaise on strips. Place in a shallow dish, cover, and refrigerate for 1 hour.
  2. 2 Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
  3. 3 Heat 4 tablespoons butter in a large skillet until begins to sizzle. Add fish strips; sear until golden, flipping once. Transfer strips to a 9x13-inch baking dish in a single layer.
  4. 4 Heat remaining 4 tablespoons butter in the same skillet over medium heat. Add mushrooms; cook and stir until golden. Stir in shrimp, green onions, and parsley. Reduce heat to low; cook until shrimp are pink and tender. Stir in soup; stir until well blended. Pour soup mixture over fish strips.
  5. 5 Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes.

Instructions

  1. 1 Set an oven rack about 6 inches from the heat source and preheat the oven's broiler.
  2. 2 Melt 1/2 cup butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add mushrooms and green onions; cook and stir until mushrooms softened, about 5 minutes. Stir in shrimp and walleye; cook and stir until shrimp begin to turn opaque, about 2 minutes. Add lobster and crab; cook until heated through, about 3 minutes.
  3. 3 Stir in white wine and sherry; bring to a simmer and cook until shrimp and walleye are no longer translucent in centers, about 2 minutes. Stir in 1 cup bread crumbs, soup, half-and-half, and Cheddar cheese until cheese melted and mixture is bubbly. Transfer to a casserole dish; sprinkle evenly with remaining 1/2 cup bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese. Dot with cold butter.
  4. 4 Cook under the preheated broiler until butter has melted and bread crumbs are golden brown.
