Instructions

  1. 1 In a large pot, bring 1 quart of water to a boil.
  2. 2 Place shrimp in a steamer basket and place on top of the pot; cover. Do not submerge shrimp. Remove some water if necessary. Season the shrimp with Old Bay seasoning.
  3. 3 Steam shrimp until pink, about 3 to 5 minutes.
  4. 4 Eat by removing shells as you go and dipping in cocktail sauce.

  1. 1 Pour beer into a multi-functional pressure cooker (such as Instant Pot). Stir in shrimp, butter, and seafood seasoning. Close and lock the lid. Select high pressure according to manufacturer's instructions; set timer for 2 minutes. Allow 10 minutes for pressure to build.
  2. 2 Release pressure carefully using the quick-release method according to manufacturer's instructions, about 5 minutes. Unlock and remove the lid. Stir in parsley.
  3. 3 Transfer shrimp to serving plates and serve with cocktail sauce for dipping.

  1. 1 In a saucepan over medium heat, mix the soy sauce, water, brown sugar, honey, and lemon juice. Bring to a boil, remove from heat, and cool.
  2. 2 Place the pork chops in a large, resealable plastic bag. Pour the soy sauce mixture into the bag, seal, and marinate in the refrigerator for 3 to 6 hours.
  3. 3 Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  4. 4 Drain the pork chops, and discard remaining marinade. Arrange the pork chops in a baking dish, cover, and bake 30 minutes in the preheated oven.
  5. 5 In a bowl, blend the ketchup, cocktail sauce, brown sugar, water, and mustard. Pour over the pork chops, and continue baking 30 minutes, to an internal temperature of 145 degrees F (63 degrees C).

  1. 1 Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
  2. 2 Crumble ground beef into a large skillet. Saute over medium heat 1 minute, then add onion and green pepper. Continue to saute until onion begins to brown, about 5 minutes. Mix in 1/2 cup tomato sauce, bread crumbs, and seasoning salt. Spoon mixture into pastry shell.
  3. 3 In a medium bowl, mix together cheese, egg, milk, Worcestershire sauce, and white pepper. Spread mixture over meat filling. Cover edges of crust with strips of aluminum foil.
  4. 4 Bake in preheated oven for 15 minutes. Remove foil and bake an additional 15 minutes, until topping is puffy and lightly browned. Allow to set 10 to 15 minutes before serving. Make garnish sauce by mixing together 1/2 cup tomato sauce and cocktail sauce. Garnish each slice of pie with a spoonful of sauce.

  4. 4 Make dressing: Whisk together mayonnaise, milk, cocktail sauce, dill, mint, salt, sugar, and hot pepper sauce in a medium bowl until well combined.
  5. 5 Pour dressing over macaroni mixture; mix thoroughly. Sprinkle with paprika and garnish with egg slices. Seal the bowl with plastic wrap and chill in the refrigerator, 4 to 6 hours.
