Instructions

  1. 1 Gather the ingredients. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
  2. 2 Combine sausage, cheese, and about 2 cups of baking mix; use hands to mix well. Gradually add in as much of the remaining 1 cup baking mix as possible.
  3. 3 Roll into balls about 1 to 1 ½ inches in diameter. Roll balls in any excess baking mix to coat.
  4. 4 Place on a nonstick baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven until golden brown and cooked through, about 18 to 22 minutes.
