Instructions

  1. 1 Mix mayonnaise, relish, mustard, hot sauce, garam masala, and cilantro for tartar sauce in a bowl until well blended. Cover and chill in the refrigerator until flavors have blended, about 1 hour.
  2. 2 Melt butter in a frying pan. Add celery, onion, and bell peppers; saute until soft, about 5 minutes. Transfer to a bowl and set aside to cool.
  3. 3 Place bread crumbs and crabmeat in a large bowl. Add cooled vegetables, eggs, seafood seasoning, pepper, and cayenne; mix until well blended and moist. Form crab mixture into 1 1/2- to 2-inch balls.
  4. 4 Heat oil in a frying pan over medium or medium-low heat. Add crab balls and flatten the tops with a spatula. Fry to a golden brown, about 5 minutes. Carefully flip and repeat to brown the other side. Drain on a wire rack.
  5. 5 Serve with curried tartar sauce.

Instructions

  1. 1 Puree black beans in a food processor, or mash with a fork.
  2. 2 Combine bread crumbs, bell peppers, onion, eggs, barbecue sauce, nutritional yeast, salt, olive oil, taco seasoning, black pepper, garlic powder, chili powder, and chili sauce in a large mixing bowl. Add mashed beans and mix well.
  3. 3 Form mixture into 8 patties. Place on greased waxed paper and let sit in the refrigerator until firm, about 2 hours.
  4. 4 Lightly grease a cast iron griddle pan with vegetable oil and heat over medium heat. Add burgers and fry until cooked through, 3 to 5 minutes per side.
  5. 5 While burgers are cooking, mix mayonnaise, vegan bacon bits, relish, vinegar, and tomato paste for aioli together in a small bowl.
  6. 6 Top each burger with a slice of Monterey Jack cheese. Serve on toasted hamburger buns with aioli sauce.

Instructions

  1. 1 Preheat an outdoor grill for high heat and lightly oil the grate.
  2. 2 Combine the sirloin and brisket in a food processor and pulse until ground.
  3. 3 Transfer the meat into a large bowl. Add the mayonnaise, shallot, and wild game rub; gently mix.
  4. 4 Divide the meat into 4 equal portions; shape the "burgers" into hotdog shapes.
  5. 5 Place on preheated grill and close the lid. Cook for 4 minutes. Lift lid; flip burger dogs and close lid.
  6. 6 Lightly toast hot dog buns, then set aside.
  7. 7 Sear the burger dogs on all four sides for extra char flavor, about 2 1/2 minutes per side for medium, or until internal temperature reaches 140 degrees F. During the final minute of grilling, top each burger dog with a slice of cheese.
  8. 8 Transfer burger dogs from the grill to a grill bun. Salt and pepper to taste; serve with your favorite condiments.
