Instructions
- 1 Pierce potatoes all over with a fork. Microwave until soft, about 15 minutes.
- 2 Combine lemon juice, olive oil, garlic, and Greek seasoning in a small bowl.
- 3 Cut potatoes in half lengthwise; score flesh and brush with seasoned oil.
- 4 Preheat an outdoor grill for medium heat and lightly oil the grate.
- 5 Cook on the preheated grill, flesh-sides down, until browned, 10 to 15 minutes.
