Instructions
- 1 Gather all ingredients.
- 2 Place brisket fat-side up on a rack inside an electric pressure cooker. Sprinkle garlic powder and onion powder over brisket; pour beer into the pot.
- 3 Close and lock the lid. Select "Meat" setting according to manufacturer's instructions; set timer for 1 hour 30 minutes. Allow 10 to 15 minutes for pressure to build.
- 4 Release pressure using the natural-release method according to manufacturer's instructions, 10 to 40 minutes. Unlock and remove the lid.
- 5 Transfer brisket to a cutting board; remove the top layer of fat and slice across the grain.
