Instructions

  1. 1 Place noodles in a saucepan filled with boiling water, reserving the seasoning packet. Cook until tender, and drain. In a medium bowl, whisk together the eggs and seasoning packets from the noodles. Mix in noodles.
  2. 2 Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the noodle mixture, and cook over medium-low heat until firm, 5 to 7 minutes. Cut into fourths, and turn over to brown the other side for 1 to 2 minutes. Sprinkle cheese over the top, and serve.

  1. 1 Break up noodles and place in a microwave safe bowl. Add water and frozen veggie mix. Microwave on high 7 minutes.
  2. 2 Meanwhile whisk egg, mayonnaise, and season packet from the instant ramen together in a large bowl.
  3. 3 Temper egg mixture by ladling 1/4 cup of the boiling water from the noodles, whisking until combined. Ladle another 1/4 cup of the boiling water whisking until egg is "cooked" and completely incorporated.
  4. 4 Add remaining liquid and the noodles. Let sit until the noodles have absorbed the majority of the liquid, about 3 minutes.
  5. 5 Ladle into 2 serving bowls and serve immediately.

Instructions

  1. 1 Rinse gizzards and place in a large pot. Add water to cover, cover pot with lid and boil over medium high heat until gizzards are tender, about 30 to 45 minutes.
  2. 2 Once gizzards are tender, drain 1/2 of the water out of the pot. In a small bowl, combine the ramen flavor packet mixes with the flour and add enough water to liquefy mixture. Pour into pot with gizzards and season with salt and pepper to taste. Reduce heat to low and simmer until sauce/gravy is thickened to taste.
  3. 3 Meanwhile, bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add ramen noodles and cook for 5 to 6 minutes or until al dente; drain and serve hot with gizzards stew on top.

  1. 1 Crush noodles, place them in a medium skillet and brown in butter over medium heat. Add almonds and sesame seeds. Stir often to prevent burning. Add seasoning mix from noodles and cool. Toss in a large bowl with cabbage and onions.
  2. 2 Prepare the dressing by whisking together the vegetable oil, rice vinegar, soy sauce, sesame oil and sugar. Pour over salad, toss and serve.

  2. 2 Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Crumble ramen noodles into a bowl, and mix with almonds and sunflower seeds. Sprinkle ramen seasoning packets over top. Add to the skillet; cook and stir until noodles and nuts are toasted, about 8 minutes.
  3. 3 Combine sugar, oil, vinegar, and soy sauce in a jar with a tight-fitting lid. Seal, and shake vigorously to blend.
  4. 4 Just before serving, combine the slaw mixture with the nuts and noodles. Pour the dressing over all, and stir briefly to coat.
