Instructions
- 1 Gather all ingredients. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- 2 Place sauerkraut in a single layer in a 9x13-inch baking dish. Place chicken breasts on top of sauerkraut. Pour barbecue sauce over chicken.
- 3 Cover and bake in the preheated oven until chicken is no longer pink and the juices run clear, about 30 to 40 minutes. An instant-read thermometer inserted into the center should read 165 degrees F (74 degrees C).
