Instructions
- 1 Cook bacon in a large, deep skillet over medium-high heat until evenly brown. Drain on paper towels; crumble.
- 2 Combine lettuce, corn, green onions, and bell pepper in a large bowl; carefully fold in avocado.
- 3 Whisk red wine vinegar dressing, blue cheese dressing, and honey together in a small bowl. Pour dressing over salad; toss. Top with bacon just before serving.
