Instructions
- 1 Grease an 8-inch square pan with cooking spray.
- 2 Combine peanut butter, honey, and salt in a large saucepan; mix to combine and bring to a boil. Stir in vanilla.
- 3 Remove from the heat and stir in millet and dried fruit. Press mixture into the prepared pan. Refrigerate until chilled, about 1 hour.
- 4 Cut into 16 squares.
