Instructions
- 1 Line a baking sheet with a plain paper bag or parchment paper.
- 2 Stir peanuts, sugar, and water together in a large pot over medium-low heat using a wooden spoon; cook, stirring constantly, until liquid is evaporated and peanuts are coated, 20 to 30 minutes.
- 3 Carefully pour coated peanuts onto the prepared baking sheet until completely cooled.
