Instructions

  1. 1 Fill a rocks glass with 1 cup ice; set aside to chill, about 5 minutes. Discard ice.
  2. 2 Meanwhile, place Peychaud's bitters, Angostura bitters, and sugar cube in a cocktail shaker; mash well with a cocktail muddler. Add remaining 1 cup ice and whiskey; stir until chilled. Strain into the chilled glass.
  3. 3 Twist lemon peel over surface of cocktail to extract its essence; discard lemon peel.

  1. 1 Place cherries in an old-fashioned glass; splash with bitters. Mash cherries with a cocktail muddler until desired consistency.
  2. 2 Fill a cocktail shaker with ice; add rye, vermouth, simple syrup, and lemon juice. Cover and shake until the outside of the shaker has frosted. Strain cocktail into glass over cherries.

  1. 1 Line a baking dish with aluminum foil.
  2. 2 Mix sugar, sweetened condensed milk, coconut cream, and butter together in a pot; bring to a simmer until temperature of milk mixture reaches 225 degrees F (110 degrees C), about 30 minutes.
  3. 3 Stir coconut extract, ginger, vanilla extract, and bitters into milk mixture; continue simmering until temperature reaches 236 degrees F (113 degrees C), about 10 minutes. Remove pot from heat and let fudge stand for 2 minutes.
  4. 4 Pour fudge into the prepared baking dish; refrigerate until set, about 2 hours.

  1. 1 Combine Pisco, lime juice, simple syrup, and egg white in a cocktail shaker. Cover and shake until egg white is emulsified, 10 to 20 seconds. Add ice; cover and shake until chilled.
  2. 2 Strain into a chilled Champagne coupe. Garnish with 4 drops Angostura bitters swirled with 2 straws.
