Instructions
- 1 Heat oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add onion and garlic; cook until fragrant, 3 to 5 minutes. Add ginger; cook 2 minutes. Stir in oyster sauce; cover and cook 2 minutes. Pour in water; cover and cook 2 minutes. Add clams; cover and cook until (majority of) clams have opened, about 5 minutes. Discard any clams that do not open. Serve immediately.
