Instructions

  1. 1 Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
  2. 2 Combine the kiwi, mango, and banana in a bowl. Process the strawberries in a blender until they are liquefied and pour over fruit mixture. Stir to coat and refrigerate.
  3. 3 Coat both sides of each tortilla with the cooking spray. Cut them into triangle-shaped wedges and place on a baking sheet. Sprinkle cinnamon sugar evenly over the chips. Bake in preheated oven until golden-brown, about 10 minutes. Allow to cool and serve with the fruit mixture.

Instructions

  1. 1 Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Spray an 8 1/2x4 1/2-inch loaf pan with cooking spray.
  2. 2 Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a medium mixing bowl. Whisk together egg, bananas, oil, and vanilla in another bowl. Add to flour mixture and stir until flour is moistened. Fold in walnuts.
  3. 3 Pour batter into the prepared loaf pan.
  4. 4 Bake in the preheated oven until puffed and golden brown, 35 to 40 minutes. A wooden pick inserted in the center should come out clean.
  5. 5 Transfer loaf pan to a rack to cool for 10 minutes before turning out of the pan. Serve warm or store in an air-tight container.
