Instructions
- 1 Heat a large stockpot over medium-high heat. Cook and stir ground beef in the hot pot until browned and crumbly, 5 to 7 minutes. Drain and discard grease.
- 2 Add tomato-vegetable juice, tomatoes, corn, kidney beans, black beans, and taco seasoning to beef in the pot. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium and cook until heated through.
