  2. 2 Meanwhile, combine cream cheese, yogurt, garlic, chipotle in adobo, and cumin for spread in a bowl. Set aside.
  3. 3 Preheat an outdoor grill for medium heat and lightly oil the grate. Coat a grill basket with 2 tablespoons olive oil; place fish into the prepared basket.

  1. 1 Combine cabbage, tomatoes, 1 1/2 cups cilantro, jalapeno pepper, honey, and 3/4 of the lime juice in a big bowl. Mix well and season with salt and pepper.
  2. 2 Mix yogurt and 1 tablespoon mayonnaise in a small bowl. Add remaining 1/2 cup cilantro, remaining lime juice, dill, and 1/8 teaspoon cayenne and season with salt. If it's too tart for your taste, add more mayonnaise.
  3. 3 Mix oregano, sumac, cumin, and remaining 1/8 teaspoon cayenne in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper. Rub spice mix onto both sides of the tilapia fillets.
  4. 4 Heat oil in a cast iron skillet over medium-high heat until shimmering. Add tilapia and cook until blackened and fish flakes easily with a fork, 2 to 3 minutes per side. Remove from the heat.
  5. 5 Heat tortillas in a dry skillet over medium-high heat for 30 to 60 seconds per side.
  6. 6 Put some blackened tilapia in each tortilla and top with cabbage salsa. Fold in half and return to the hot skillet to lightly crisp on each side. Serve immediately with yogurt sauce on the side, to be used as a dip.

  1. 1 Combine tilapia strips and 1/2 cup lime juice in a glass container. Cover with plastic wrap and marinate in the refrigerator for 3 to 4 hours.
  2. 2 Combine yogurt, chipotle peppers, adobo sauce, hot sauce, and salt for spicy dressing in a blender or food processor; pulse until smooth. Refrigerate until needed.
  3. 3 When ready to cook the tilapia, preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  4. 4 Remove tilapia from the lime juice and shake off excess. Place in a small baking dish. Discard the remaining lime juice.
  5. 5 Whisk 1/3 cup lime juice, honey powder, avocado oil, cumin, and paprika for honey-cumin sauce together in a small bowl. Pour over tilapia to cover.

  8. 8 Build tacos by putting 1 tablespoon remaining spicy dressing on each tortilla. Top with tilapia strips, slaw, and tomatoes.

  1. 1 Place a paella pan over medium-high heat. Add chorizo and cook, stirring to break up any chunks, until browned and crumbly, about 5 minutes. Add chicken; cook and stir until no longer pink in the center and the juices run clear. Transfer chicken and sausage to a plate, leaving drippings in the pan.
  2. 2 Reduce the heat to medium and add 2 cups of cauliflower rice. Cook and stir until cauliflower is browned slightly, about 5 minutes. Add onion, bell pepper, salt, and pepper. Stir in garlic and cook until fragrant, about 2 minutes.
  3. 3 Pour canned tomatoes into the pan. Add bay leaves, thyme, saffron, and basil; mix well. Return sausage and chicken back to the pan. Stir in water, tomato paste, and bouillon until well combined. Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat to medium-low, cover, and simmer for 15 minutes.
  4. 4 Remove the lid and fold in peas and remaining 1 cup cauliflower rice. Place frozen tilapia fillets on top of paella mixture; cover and steam for another 10 minutes. Remove the lid and check for doneness. Gently break apart fillets with a wooden spoon and stir to incorporate chunks of fish into paella.
  5. 5 Place the paella pan in the center of the table and serve.

  1. 1 Stir together the chipotle chile powder, garlic powder, salt, and cracked black pepper in a shallow bowl. Brush the tilapia fillets with the canola oil, and press into the spice mixture to coat, and set aside. Make the salsa by stirring together the mango, jalapeno, red onion, 1 clove garlic, cilantro, and lime juice in a separate bowl, and set aside. Make the aioli by stirring together the chipotle puree, 1 clove garlic, and mayonnaise in a small bowl, and set aside.
  2. 2 Bring the black beans and 2 cloves of garlic to a simmer in a saucepan with a pinch of salt. Cover, and cook over low heat for 20 minutes. Meanwhile, heat a large skillet over medium-high heat, and cook the tilapia until opaque in the center, and crispy on both sides, about 7 minutes. Heat the tortillas in a skillet over medium heat, and keep warm.
  3. 3 To serve, place the tortillas on a plate, spoon on some Spanish rice and black beans. Top with some of the coleslaw mix, hot tilapia, and a spoonful of the mango-cilantro salsa. Top with a dollop of chipotle aioli to serve.

  1. 1 Set an oven rack about 6 inches from the heat source and preheat the oven's broiler. Line a broiler pan with aluminum foil.
  2. 2 Place fillets on the prepared pan. Stir parsley and lemon-pepper seasoning into the melted butter in a small bowl. Baste fillets with the butter mixture using a turkey baster, using the entire mixture. Sprinkle fillets with bread crumbs.
