Instructions
- 1 Set aside 1 jalapeño pepper. Cut stems off remaining jalapeños; halve lengthwise and remove seeds.
- 2 Place seeded jalapeños in a large pot of boiling water; boil about 15 minutes. Reserve about 2 tablespoons boiling water then drain.
- 3 Cut stem off remaining 1 whole jalapeño; place all jalapeños in a blender. Pour in reserved 2 tablespoons boiling water and canola oil; season with salt and black pepper. Blend until smooth and creamy. Serve hot or chilled.
