Instructions

  1. 1 Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish. Cut 9 caramels in half.
  2. 2 Beat brownie mix, vegetable oil, water, and eggs in a bowl until well combined. Pour batter into the prepared baking dish. Press three rows of 6 caramel halves into the brownie batter so there will be one in the center of each brownie.
  3. 3 Bake in the preheated oven until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out almost clean, 25 to 30 minutes. Remove from the oven.
  4. 4 Combine remaining caramels, butter, and milk in a microwave-safe, glass or ceramic bowl. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring after each interval, until melted, 1 to 3 minutes (depending on your microwave).
  5. 5 Pour caramel mixture over warm brownies. Scatter pretzels, chocolate chips, and toffee bits over top. Cool for 20 minutes before cutting into 18 squares.

  1. 1 Gather the ingredients. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  2. 2 To make the brownies: Stir brownie mix, oil, eggs, and water together in a medium bowl until well blended. Pour batter into the prepared pan. Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes.
  3. 3 While the brownies are baking, make the topping: Break graham crackers into 1-inch pieces and place into a bowl. Add marshmallows and chopped chocolate and toss to combine.
  4. 4 Remove brownies from the oven and sprinkle with topping ingredients. Return to the oven and continue to bake until a toothpick inserted 2 inches from the side of the pan comes out clean, 7 to 10 more minutes.
  5. 5 Slice, serve, and enjoy!

  1. 1 Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Butter the bottom of a 10 ½ x 15 ½-inch jelly roll pan.
  2. 2 Make the brownies: Empty both brownie mix packages into a large bowl. Add Irish cream liqueur, oil, and eggs; beat with an electric mixer until smooth. Spread batter into the prepared pan.
  3. 3 Bake in the preheated oven until brownies are set and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean, about 20 minutes.
  4. 4 Remove from the oven and allow to cool completely, 20 to 30 minutes.
  5. 5 While the brownies are cooling, make the frosting: Beat butter in a large bowl until smooth. Add Irish cream liqueur and beat until creamy. Slowly beat in confectioners' sugar, 1 cup at a time, until frosting is desired stiffness.

  2. 2 Beat brownie mix, vegetable oil, water, and 2 eggs in a bowl until batter is smooth.
  3. 3 Whisk flour, baking powder, and salt together in a small bowl.
  4. 4 Beat peanut butter, brown sugar, and 2 tablespoons butter together in another bowl with an electric mixer until light and creamy. Beat 1 egg and vanilla into peanut butter mixture until fluffy. Stir flour mixture into peanut butter mixture until just blended.
  5. 5 Pour brownie batter in the prepared baking dish. Drop peanut butter mixture by small spoonfuls over the brownie batter.
  6. 6 Bake brownies in the preheated oven until a toothpick inserted in the center of the brownies comes out clean, about 30 minutes; cool.
  7. 7 Melt 1/4 cup butter in a large saucepan over medium heat; add marshmallows and stir until marshmallows are melted. Cook mixture until butter and marshmallow flavors are combined, about 2 minutes; remove from heat.
  8. 8 Spread 1/3 the marshmallow mixture over the cooled brownies. Stir crispy rice cereal into remaining 2/3 the marshmallow mixture; press in an even layer on top of the brownies. Refrigerate until set, about 15 minutes; cut into squares.

  1. 1 Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Spray a fluted tube pan or Bundt pan with nonstick spray.
  2. 2 Combine brownie mix, cake mix, cold coffee, oil, and eggs in a large bowl; beat with an electric mixer until well combined. Pour into the prepared pan.
  3. 3 Bake in the preheated oven until a toothpick inserted into center comes out clean, 50 to 60 minutes. Cool on a wire rack for 10 minutes. Run a table knife around edges to loosen. Invert carefully onto a serving plate or cooling rack. Let cool, about 30 minutes.
  4. 4 Heat whipping cream for ganache in the microwave until hot, 2 to 3 minutes. Add chocolate chips and stir until melted.
  5. 5 Pour ganache over cooled cake.
