Instructions

  1. 1 Combine lettuce, tomatoes, and onion in a large bowl.
  2. 2 Whisk together olive oil, vinegar, parsley, garlic, basil, red pepper flakes, and oregano in a medium bowl until well combined. Pour over salad and toss to coat evenly. Place in the refrigerator for flavors to meld, about 1 hour.
  3. 3 Spread submarine rolls open, then layer capicola, salami, and prosciutto evenly on each roll. Top with provolone cheese. Cover with salad and pickle slices. Close rolls to serve.

Instructions

  1. 1 Preheat oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C). Let dough rise according to package instructions, then punch down, and divide into 4 pieces.
  2. 2 On a floured surface, roll each piece of dough into a long oval shape. Spread each with sauce, then layer with ham, capacola, salami, and pepperoni. Sprinkle with garlic powder, then top with mozzarella, onion, mushrooms and bell pepper. Bring the long sides together over the center, and pinch together to seal. Turn over, so that the seam is on the bottom, and place on an ungreased baking sheet. With a sharp knife, cut 3 diagonal slices to allow the steam to escape.
  3. 3 Bake in preheated oven for 20 to 30 minutes, or until golden brown.

Instructions

  1. 1 Remove large outer leaves from the heads of lettuce. Arrange approximately 1/3 in a layer on a large serving platter. Sprinkle with 1/3 garlic powder, 1/3 oregano, and desired amount of dressing. Layer with ham and Provolone.
  2. 2 Layer Provolone with another 1/3 of the lettuce, 1/3 garlic powder, 1/3 oregano, desired amount of dressing, salami, and capacola.
  3. 3 Repeat layering with remaining lettuce, garlic powder, oregano, dressing, pepperoni, prosciutto, and roast beef.
  4. 4 Layer with mushrooms, artichokes, roasted red peppers, black olives, pepperoncini, and green olives. Drizzle with more dressing as desired.
  5. 5 Top with Gorgonzola, mozzarella, and Parmesan. Cover and chill in the refrigerator until serving.
