Instructions

  1. 1 Combine milk, strawberries, and strawberry ice cream in a blender. Blend on high until smooth, about 1 minute.
  2. 2 Drizzle 1 1/2 teaspoons strawberry syrup on the inside of a glass jar. Pour in milkshake. Garnish with whipped cream and remaining strawberry syrup.
  3. 3 Take reserved strawberry and carefully cut at an angle but do not cut completely through. Place strawberry on the rim of the glass. Insert a straw and enjoy!

  1. 1 Place ice cream scoops in a row in an oblong dish. Sprinkle almonds around the ice cream, then strawberry slices, and then banana slices. Place 1 cherry on top of each ice cream ball except the middle one. Put whipped cream on the middle ice cream scoop and top with remaining cherry. Drizzle with strawberry syrup.

  1. 1 Juice 4 limes, yielding about 1/2 cup juice, and cut remaining lime into 6 wedges.
  2. 2 Grasp mint sprig stems and slap leaves against a work surface to help release their oil; transfer to a sturdy glass pitcher. Stir in lime juice, rum, and strawberry syrup. Add club soda.
  3. 3 Spread 1/4 to 1/2 inch sugar on a small, shallow plate. Run a lime wedge around the rim of each glass, then dip glass into sugar. Fill with ice. Pour in mojito mixture. Garnish with mint sprigs and strawberries.

  1. 1 Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  2. 2 Grease and flour three round 9-inch baking pans.
  3. 3 Sift flour, 2 1/4 cup sugar, baking powder, and salt together in a bowl; cut shortening into flour mixture until fine crumbs are formed.
  4. 4 Beat egg whites, milk, strawberry syrup, and vanilla extract into flour mixture with an electric mixer on low for 1 minute; increase to high until smooth and blended, about 2 more minutes, scraping the sides of the bowl frequently.
  5. 5 Pour batter into prepared baking pans.
  6. 6 Bake in the preheated oven until a toothpick inserted in the center of each cake comes out clean, 25 to 30 minutes.
  7. 7 Place chocolate in a small microwave-safe bowl; heat on High in microwave until melted, about 1 minute. Stir chocolate until smooth.
  8. 8 Beat cream cheese and 1/3 cup sugar in a large bowl with an electric mixer on High until combined, 1 minute; stir chocolate into mixture until well mixed.
  9. 9 Gently fold whipped topping, pudding mix, and chocolate sandwich cookies into cream cheese mixture to form the filling.
  10. 10 Spread about 1/3 filling on top of one cake. Place second cake atop filling layer. Repeat with a filling layer, the third cake, and a final layer of filling on top.

Instructions

  1. 1 Place a large metal bowl and beaters from an electric mixer in the freezer.
  2. 2 Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Grease an 8-inch square pan with cooking spray.
  3. 3 Mix crushed graham crackers, butter, white sugar, shortening, and cinnamon in a bowl until well blended. Press into the prepared pan to make crust.
  4. 4 Bake crust in the preheated oven until set, about 7 minutes. Let cool, about 5 minutes. Refrigerate for 10 minutes. Transfer to the freezer and chill until cool to the touch.
  5. 5 Beat heavy cream in chilled bowl with an electric mixer on high speed until soft peaks form. Beat in confectioners' sugar 1 tablespoon at a time. Add vanilla extract; continue to beat until stiff peaks form.
  6. 6 Arrange 1 layer of strawberries over chilled crust. Add 1 layer of whipped cream. Repeat with a second layer of strawberries and whipped cream. Top with remaining strawberries. Drizzle strawberry syrup on top.
  7. 7 Refrigerate pie until set, about 1 hour. Cut into 9 pieces before serving.
