Instructions
- 1 Combine milk and sugar in a saucepan over medium heat; bring to a boil then immediately remove from heat. (Milk tends to boil over as soon as it boils, so stay with it!)
- 2 Stir in semolina. Return to medium heat; bring to a boil, stirring until thickened but still pourable. Pour into serving bowls; top with your favorite hot cereal toppings.
