Instructions
- 1 Gather all ingredients.
- 2 Place peas in a colander, and run warm water over them until they are thawed; drain and transfer into a large bowl.
- 3 Toast almonds in a skillet over medium heat until nuts start to turn golden brown and become fragrant, about 3 to 5 minutes.
- 4 Add almonds, green onions, cheese, and mayonnaise to peas. Stir in balsamic vinegar, and season to taste with black pepper.
