Instructions

  1. 1 Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Grease 4 aluminum foil sheets with cooking spray.
  2. 2 Divide potatoes evenly among the prepared aluminum foil sheets; season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and oregano. Place 2 tablespoons butter-flavored spread over each set of potatoes.
  3. 3 Create packets by folding and sealing the aluminum foil. Place the 4 foil packets on a baking sheet.
  4. 4 Bake in the preheated oven until potatoes are tender and easily pierced with a fork, 55 minutes to 1 hour. Drain melted butter-flavored spread before serving.

Instructions

  1. 1 Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Grease a cookie sheet. Sift together flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg in a medium bowl. Set aside.
  2. 2 Cream together brown sugar, white sugar, and vegetable oil spread in a medium bowl. Stir in sour cream, olive oil, almond extract, amaretto and bourbon, blending well after each addition.
  3. 3 Gradually stir flour mixture into sugar mixture until well blended. Stir in almonds if desired. Drop by rounded spoonfuls onto prepared cookie sheet.
  4. 4 Bake until just crisp around the edges, 12 to 14 minutes.
