Instructions
- 1 Place tofu, mushrooms, zucchini, and bell pepper in a bowl. Combine soy sauce, onion, Sriracha, sesame oil, jalapeño, and black pepper in a small bowl; pour over tofu-vegetable mixture and toss lightly to coat. Cover the bowl; marinate tofu and vegetables in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
- 2 Preheat an outdoor grill for medium-high heat, and lightly oil the grate.
- 3 Thread tofu and vegetables onto skewers; reserve marinade.
- 4 Cook on the preheated grill until desired doneness, about 10 minutes. Serve remaining marinade as a dipping sauce.
