Instructions
- 1 Combine hominy, green beans, squash, and potatoes in a large pot; add water and chicken bouillon and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low; simmer until vegetables are soft, about 10 minutes.
- 2 Combine flour and melted butter in a small bowl; stir into soup. Increase heat to medium; cook until soup thickens, about 5 minutes. Season soup with black pepper.
