Instructions
- 1 Gather all ingredients.
- 2 Combine cream and butter in a saucepan over medium heat; stir frequently until butter melts, and bring to a simmer. Gradually stir in Parmesan, mozzarella, provolone, and Romano. Reduce the heat to low and cook, stirring constantly, just until cheese melts.
- 3 Serve immediately; sauce will thicken upon standing.
