Instructions
- 1 Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until garlic is fragrant, about 30 seconds.
- 2 Add in canned cream, salt, and pepper. Stir until warmed through. Mix in Parmesan cheese, 1/4 cup at a time, stirring after each addition until smooth.
