Instructions
- 1 Combine white wine Worcestershire sauce, olive oil, rosemary, thyme, onion, garlic, salt, and black pepper in a blender or the bowl of a food processor; pulse until well blended.
- 2 Transfer herb rub to a bowl; cover. Chill in the refrigerator before rubbing under turkey skin or injecting into meat as desired, at least 10 minutes.
