  1. 1 Add oil to a large non-stick skillet. Saute onions and 2 tablespoons of teriyaki sauce until the onions are soft. Add the sliced meat and cook until meat browns slightly, add remaining 1 tablespoon of teriyaki sauce and stir to combine. Place cheese on the meat and stir until melted, mixing meat, onions and cheese together. Scoop meat mixture onto sandwich rolls.

  1. 1 Divide Greek dressing evenly among the 5 jars, forming the first layer. Divide tomato halves evenly among the jars, forming the next layer. Top the tomatoes with Kalamata olives and red onions.
  2. 2 Place 3 ounces of steak over the onions in each jar. Top steak with 2 cups romaine. Place 1/4 cup feta cheese over the romaine. Seal and refrigerate jars until ready to serve.

  1. 1 Melt buttery spread in a large skillet. Add fajita seasoning and stir until thoroughly mixed. Add onion and garlic; cook and stir for 2 minutes. Add red pepper and cook for 2 minutes more. Stir in steak and mushrooms. Cook until steak is no longer red but still juicy, about 2 minutes. Remove from heat and let stand for 5 minutes.

  1. 1 Cook and stir half of the shaved steak in a large skillet over medium heat until browned, 3 to 5 minutes. Transfer to a plate. Repeat with remaining steak. Drain juices from the steak; cut into small pieces.
  2. 2 Combine steak, American cheese, green bell pepper, red bell pepper, and yellow bell pepper in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. 3 Lay 1 egg roll wrapper on a flat surface in the shape of a diamond. Place a large spoonful of the steak mixture in the center. Fold the bottom corner and opposing sides over the steak mixture; roll up wrapper towards the top corner. Repeat with remaining egg roll wrappers and steak mixture.
  4. 4 Heat oil in a deep-fryer or large saucepan. Place a few egg rolls in the hot oil, seam-side down. Fry, turning occasionally, until golden brown, 2 to 3 minutes. Repeat with remaining rolls.

  1. 1 Gather all ingredients.
  2. 2 Heat 2 teaspoons oil in a 10-inch skillet over medium heat. Add onion and bell pepper; cook and stir until softened, 5 to 10 minutes. Season with salt and transfer to a bowl.
  3. 3 Brush 1 side of each tortilla with remaining oil. Place 1 tortilla, oil-side down, in the same skillet; sprinkle with 1/2 the steak, 1/2 the onion mixture, and 1/2 the Mexican cheese mixture.
  4. 4 Place a second tortilla, oil-side up, onto cheese layer, pressing down with a spatula to seal.
  5. 5 Cook quesadilla over medium heat until cheese melts and tortillas are browned, 3 to 4 minutes per side.
  6. 6 Remove quesadilla from skillet and cut into wedges. Repeat with remaining ingredients for second quesadilla.

  1. 1 Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add halibut steaks and sear until nicely browned, 2 to 3 minutes per side. Transfer to a plate.
  2. 2 Pour wine into the pan and bring to a boil while scraping the browned bits of food off the bottom of the pan with a wooden spoon. Cook until wine is almost completely gone, then stir in garlic, butter, and capers. Season with salt and pepper, then simmer for about 1 minute to blend the flavors.
  3. 3 Return halibut steaks to the pan. Spoon sauce over steaks to coat; cook until fish flakes easily with a fork, 2 to 3 more minutes.
  4. 4 To serve, cut steaks in half and pour pan sauce over top.

  1. 1 In a large pot over medium high heat, combine the oil and steak and saute for about 5 minutes, or until steak is browned. Add the onions, garlic and chile pepper and saute for another 5 minutes, or until the onions are translucent.

  1. 1 Combine the lime juice, ground pepper and cilantro in a shallow dish. Place steak strips into the marinade and refrigerate for two to four hours.
  2. 2 Heat 1 tablespoon vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add steak strips, and fry until cooked to your liking. Remove meat and set aside.
  3. 3 Add remaining oil and onions to the skillet. Cook over medium low heat, until translucent, stir in green peppers and steak. Squeeze the juice of 1 lemon over the top and stir. When the green bell peppers are just tender remove the pan from the heat. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve the steak fajitas with tortillas and lemon wedges on the side.

  1. 1 Combine bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, and green onion in a container. Beat egg in a bowl until fluffy; add milk and whisk together. Dip steaks in egg batter and then in bread crumb mixture until coated and place on a plate.

Reduce heat to low and cook without stirring for 1 minute. Stir again, remove from heat, and let sit 1 to 2 minutes more; gravy will thicken as it cools. Cover steaks with gravy.

  1. 1 Fill a large pot with lightly salted water and bring to a rolling boil. Stir in farfalle and return to a boil. Cook farfalle uncovered, stirring occasionally, until tender yet firm to the bite, about 12 minutes. Drain and transfer to a serving bowl.
