Instructions

  1. 1 Chill a martini glass by filling it with 1/2 cup of ice and cold water.
  2. 2 Place 1 cup of ice cubes into a cocktail shaker. Pour vanilla-flavored vodka, white creme de cacao, and Irish cream liqueur over ice; cover and shake vigorously.
  3. 3 Dump ice and water from the martini glass and drizzle the inside of the glass with chocolate syrup. Strain cocktail into the glass to serve.

  1. 1 Mix chocolate cookie crumbs and melted butter. Pat into the bottom and sides of 9- or 10-inch pie dish. Refrigerate at least one hour.
  2. 2 In a saucepan, melt marshmallows in milk over medium heat. Remove from heat and cool to room temperature. Add the creme de menthe and creme de cacao and mix well. Fold in the whipped cream. Pour the filling into the chilled pie shell and freeze until firm, at least 4 hours.
  3. 3 Slice the pie and add an additional dollop of whipped cream for serving, if desired.

  1. 1 Pour sugar onto a small plate. Wet the rims of 2 martini glasses with water, then dip rims in sugar to coat. Drizzle 1 tablespoon chocolate syrup onto the inside of each glass.
  2. 2 Put ice in a cocktail shaker. Add vodka, chocolate liqueur, creme de cacao, half-and-half, and remaining chocolate syrup. Cover and shake until outside of shaker has frosted. Strain into prepared glasses. Garnish with additional syrup and maraschino cherries.

Instructions

  1. 1 Place 1/4 cup jelly beans in a small bowl and pour vodka over the top. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate until chilled, at least 30 minutes.
  2. 2 Fill a shaker with ice. Shake bowl with chilled jelly beans and vodka, pour mixture through a strainer into shaker, and discard jelly beans. Pour orange liqueur and creme de cacao into shaker and stir. Strain vodka mixture into 2 chilled martini glasses. Drop 1 white jelly bean and 1 red jelly bean into the bottom of each glass and place 1 lemon slice on each rim.
