Instructions
- 1 Preheat an outdoor grill for medium heat and lightly oil the grate.
- 2 Stir wine, lemon juice, garlic, salt, and black pepper together in a shallow bowl. Place mahi mahi fillets in the bowl and turn to coat; allow to marinate for 10 minutes.
- 3 Remove fillets from marinade, shaking off any excess moisture. Discard marinade.
- 4 Cook fillets on the preheated grill until fish flakes easily with a fork, 4 to 5 minutes per side.
