Instructions
- 1 Place cabbage in a salad bowl. Whisk vinegar, ketchup, sugar, pepper flakes, and hot sauce together until sugar has dissolved; pour over cabbage and toss thoroughly. Refrigerate before serving, at least 1 hour.
