Instructions
- 1 Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- 2 Combine ground beef, onion, bell pepper, crackers, and egg in a large bowl; season with Worcestershire sauce, garlic, seasoned salt, and black pepper. Mix well; shape into 8 meatballs. Place in a 9x13-inch baking dish.
- 3 Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes.
- 4 Meanwhile, heat spaghetti sauce in a large saucepan over low heat; bring to a simmer. Add meatballs to sauce; simmer until meatballs are fully cooked, about 20 minutes. Do not turn oven off.
- 5 Place 1 meatball and some sauce in each roll; divide and sprinkle each with mozzarella cheese and Parmesan cheese. Place sandwiches on a baking sheet; bake until cheeses melt, about 7 minutes.
